Try eating oats or wheat bread in breakfast. You should eat the most when it's breakfast.
Try eating beef/meat in lunch. Your lunch portion should be a little less than what you intake in breakfast.
Lastly, try eating light foods in dinner. Your dinner should be the least portion of meal that you'll receive this day.
i know this sounds crazy... but i eat 2 slices of precooked bacon every morning with 1/2 a grapefruit and it keeps me thin... all you do is throw the bacon in the microwave for like 30 seconds and there you go! the protein keeps you full longer!
