At 16 I was 178 cm (5'10") weighed 51 kg (112lbs) I think you'll be alright! Besides muscle weighs more than fat, so if you want to be heavier you might want to consider working out some and putting a bit of weight on that way, rather than trying to "get fat."

Still tall and not so muscular (58kg), the different branches of the military were fighting over me.

If a doctor says that you are under weight then I guess you'd better listen to him seeing as he has more schooling than I.

Whatever happens be comfortable with who you are!

there isnt much you can do besides goign and seeing a doctor. i am 19 and 130 and never liked my wieght. but i found a way to use it by running cross country. just do waht you can with it one day it will catch up with you

Eat more, not un-healthy but more protein based foods like chicken, fish, steak. Try lifting weights now that your 15 you should be ok to start building muscle.

When I was 15 i weighed about 130 pounds. I was skiiiiinnnyy. I started making sure I had atleast 100g of protein a day and lifted weights 12 hours a week and I gained 40 pounds of lean muscle in under a year! Still virtually no body fat but I am now 6' 1" 175lbs at 20 years of age

Eat a bunch of fatty food and lay on the couch all day. Easy as pie....yummy, cherry pie....with lots of whipped cream....

Lose weight eat about 1500 calories- To gain weight eat about 3500 calories.

To gain some mass, go weightlifting (dumbbells not barbells, too early for you) or swimming. Take 3 main meals and 3 snacks. After each workout drink a glass of Whey Protein (http://www.designerwhey.com) and call me after 3 months.

Being fat is just as bad as being skinny they r both bad 4 u .So u should try 2 maintain a healtyh weight 4 ur age and height.By eating fresh fruits and vegetables.And 2 gain weight drink protein shakes and work out at da gym if ya got da time.

You dont want to get fat, thats just bad for ur health. What u want to do is bulk up, get urself some protein shakes and hit the gym. do tons of heavy weights to bulk up quick. I use to be the same and it really annoyed me so i hit the gym now im not giant but 16 and 6ft and way 80kg and its all muscle.

Don't worry, you're only 15. Chances are you won't put on weight no matter HOW much you eat. But you'll gain it later.

i wouldnt worry too much about it because with age you will put on weight and then you will be sorry. Be happy with who you are now and keep fit and eat healthy.......
