Losing 10 pounds/more in less than two months?!

Question: I currently am running on the treadmill a mile a day, and sometimes two. Spring break is coming up and I would like to try and finally lose some extra baggage. I do two 50 sets of crunches and two 50 sets of bicycles every night. Also i'm cutting down on the fats and sweets, and starting to eat healthier. Will I be able to lose that weight in the time period, suggestions on a better workout/anything more? Please answer this seriously. Thank you :).

honestly, that sounds good. you should have no problem losing 10 lbs in around 2 months. you can lose around 2lbs a week doing it the right way.so 8 weeks could be around 16lbs. try running your mile or two, but finish with walking, doing about a total of 25-30 min of pure cardio a day. the sit ups and bicylces will tighten up your core and some legs. try to throw in some push ups to work your arms, chest and back. you should be in real good shape in 2 months. oh, unless you have clinically proven thyroid disease, dont take fat burners, you could do it with will power. and it sounds like you already have that, so good job

Losing weight isn't a easy thing. I had trouble losing weight because everything I've tried in the past didn't work. I went to my Doctor and asked for help. She gave me the right product and I'll never regret the day I first started using it. It works so amazingly good. It gives you all the information you need and what to eat. Can't go wrong with this product. I will like to give thanks to my Doctor for recommending me this product. Heres the Link and I hope you have the same results I had. http://loseweightrightnow.info/

I would think so.
do some squats and lunges to tighten your buns and thighs as well :D
keep up the good work :]

if you keep exercising and eat only minimul amounts you will lose weight

Sounds like you're off too a good start. Maybe when you have extra time (weekends?) run a little bit longer. It's best to get at least 30-45 min. of cardio in per day, so maybe you could run 3 miles instead of 1 or 2 on certain days?

good luck :)
