Am I allowed a fish supper for my tea...I've not had anything fattening this!

you need allow yourself at least one treat a week or you will get that fed up. you will give up! i try to think of one of my favourites meals and then that is my treat for the week. its good if you start thinking about your treat for the week on say Thursday and you wont cheat because if you do,,,,,, then you will have a week to wait before you can have that treat ,, works well for me try it

How about baked or steam fish and stir fry vegetables?

Just eat and enjoy it! Life is too short!

make some scrambled eggs, grilled sausages and tinned tomatoes, and some oven chips washed down with a nice cup of tea

I go to weight watchers and I always have a treat the night i get weighed it gives me something to look forward t, so once a week is no harm once you dont over do it.

not unless they grill it for you and serve it with veg
