Nah, don't stress about it! I actually think it's good to have these foods occasionally, otherwise you feel like you're denying yourself and you end up binge eating because of the cravings. Think about it this way - how much did that meal actually weigh? Half a pound or something? Well, if you put on every bit of that meal as fat (which you can't) that would be the most you could put on. But you will use up a lot of it so basically there won't be much of an effect. Weight loss and gain happens over time, not a day. It's more about your calorie intake over a week than a few hours.

As the others have said, 750 calories is too little. You will find when you start eating normally again your body will want to store it. If you consume say 1200-1500 the weight loss will be sustainable and your metabolism will keep going. You sound very disciplined and I'm sure you'll keep losing weight.

i think 750 is way too little.. unless you are small... and losing 12 pounds in 2 weeks is really bad.. a healthy weight loss is probably a stone in 5-6 weeks !! and mcdonalds is onl;y bad if you have it all the time.. please dont lose loads of weight!!

750 cals or less a day is really bad most Dr.s recomend not going under 1500 cal a day. Your body is most likly in starvation mode with that little calories and will take all the fat from the foot and store it, it wont ruin allt he process but it will probably add a pound or 1/2 pound tomorrow. Not real fat but the scale most likly will go up.

It may but you need to eat 1200 calories a day even when you are on a diet . Try drinking just water tommorrow and cutting back carbs drastically for the next few days

TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY continue on your diet and be sensible about the amount of calories you should and shouldn't take in , I dont think it will do you any harm just burn it off again and a treat now and again is fine , good luck and dont give up .
