uh... i guess do the opposite of healthy.. dont do anything all day, just watch TV or play video games... intake as many calories as possible (candy, chocolate, and ice cream are huge sources). Basically go to the store and look at calories on box and see what has a ton. 3500 cals = 1 lb of fat so plan accordingly.

severe obesity can cause like heart attacks, strokes, cancer, and diabetes type 2 so i would be careful.

Milkshakes

Eat a lot of twinkies.
Ice cream, chips and soda.
Sit on the couch all day.

Why do you want to gain fat?! That seems odd.

That said... the logical way would be to eat really fattening foods, and a lot of them. Fats, sweets... load them in. However, considering you're only 13 and you're thin, there's a good chance that your metabolism is really fast, and you won't be able to gain weight. You won't physically be able to eat enough to out-run your metabolism.

I'm the same... I'm about 5'7 and max out around 110... throughout my teenage years, I ate constantly (not to gain weight... I like being skinny - very Bowie... just because I was always hungry)... I literally averaged around 3000-4000 calories a day... and I never developed any fat. Ever. Honestly, if you're that young and that size, you're probably the same... so you can eat all you want and you probably won't gain fat. If you want to be bigger, you're better off working on muscle.
