I need to gain weight!?!


Question: okay, so i'm 5'3 and weigh about 108
i want to gain about 10 more pounds
and it would be perfect !
problem is, i don't know what i should eat to gain more weight
everyone sais, pizza and eating fast foods and all that stuff
but i'm not rich! i can't buy fast foods everyday ya kno!
so i need some ideas on home cooked meals that can help me gain weight, or things i can provide in my household
that i can eat everyday to help gain weight. Can you guys give me some ideas on what you eat on a daily basis to help me out?

Why do you want to gain? You are right in the healthy weight range, not even near to underweight. I mean you are on the thinner side but your BMI is 19.1 and it isn't underweight until it drops to 18.5 or below. Don't worry about it. And if you do anyways, just eat a lot of high calorie food, work out to gain muscle mass, and eat a lot of protein. Or you could sit around and eat junk food, but then you'll get flabby.

you want to gain weight? i am an inch taller then you and the same weight but i am trying to lose weight. don't try to gain, your fine the way you are

go o the gym and build up musle tone fast food aint the way if you go to a gym and even ask one of the fitness trainers thats the best ay trust me.

eat a spoonfull of peanut butter before bed. i did it to go up a weight class in wrestling. plus it has good fat not the bad fat like pizza. cheap fast and easy.
