Too much popcorn unhealthy?!

Question: Okay I eat 2 bags of while at work{5 days a week}.Sometimes only half a bag depending on whatelse I have but anyway. This health nut chick at my work says I'm gonna have a heart attack from all the popcorn.I don't add salt but I do buy the extra butter{or movie butter depending on brand name}.It's cheaper than doritos{I won't buy off brand or "healthy" chips}.So how unhealthy can this really be for me?

the fat in that popcorn is one of the worst, it is based on coconut oil... your "health nut chick" is right, you are clogging your arteries with that stuff. Switch to hot air popped popping corn, or don't eat it at all.

Air-popped popcorn is naturally high in fiber, low in calories and fat, contains no sodium, and is sugar free, which makes it an attractive snack unless one is limiting carbohydrates. The actual fat, sugar, and sodium content depends on how the popcorn is prepared though and a naturally healthy snack can quickly become unhealthy.

I suggest you start eating healthy because even though you dont know it, all the salt and sugar is damaging your body, and you could end up with diabeties. And believe me, its not nice. And its quite easy to end up with if you carry on eating like that. You should check if u have it already.

VERY UNHEALTHY. One bag a week is probably OK!

yes sir
