Will running for 20 minutes 5 days a week help lose belly fat?!

yes cardio is the only way to lose ur belly fat my boyf has been doing this to bget rid of his curry gut and it really works i prefer dancing around for 30mins to my fav music as long as u sweat and ur heart beats faster u will lose the excess fat good luck hunni

any cardio you do will burn fat all over your body try and eventually increase it to 45 -60 mintues a day and watch the foot you eat. stay away from large ammounts of carbs and eat lots of fiber to help your body break down all your food better

I know what you are feeling ,because same thing happened in me .I was very fat ,during that time ,I'm shy to do anything ,just like someone always laughing at me .
Firstly ,you must have a nice mood ;secondly,you must persist in doing it .
Running is the basic of movement , maybe it could have some help ,but if you want to lose belly fat effectively ,the best way is sit-ups .
