You would want to eat a calorie restricted diet (probably about 1200 calories per day) and burn 500 calories a day by exercising. You would lose 2 pounds per week if you did that! Be sure to drink plenty of water as well... it keeps you feeling full!

I have been doing this plan for two weeks now... and have lost 4 1/2 pounds already. My arms and legs feel more firm... and I feel like I have more energy!!!

I keep a food journal to make sure I don't go over my calories. If I don't know how many calories are in an item, I look it up at www.calorie-count.com

You're a healthy weight already, just do crunches when watching tv .If you eat too much at a meal,pop a laxative or eat a tablespoon of dry oatmeal before meals.It'll make you feel full and the roughage is healthy.

are you F or M?? if M you're just fine, if F and want to lose 15lbs fast.....stop drinking/smoking....do twice a day 30min run/jub/bicycling cardios for 3~4 times a week...eat more white meat with no skin....no fried stuff....if no cardio then pick up yoga ...it's a great way to get in shape
