My thighs are too bog for my body?!


Question: i am 5'4 and 110 lbs. i am a size 4-6 but i would like to be a 2. will i be able to lose fat by eating 1200 calories and jogging a mile everyday? my waist is 25 inces and the fattest part of my calves are 13 inches but the fattest part of my thighs are 20 inches! most of my fat is stored on the front of my thighs and innor thighs. do you think that my thighs are actually too big for my body? what are your stats?

You're exactly my size!
I'm 18. 5'4" and 110/115 pounds and everyone, including one of my best guy friends who's a personal trainer, says that I'm the perfect size and that I can even stand to GAIN some weight! I'm really confident with my body, and you should be too! It's also a major confidence booster when my boyfriend is CONSTANTLY telling me how much he loves me body and how sexy it is haha AND that he takes me out to eat all the time when he's here (he's a Marine, so he's gone a lot!) and EXPECTS me to eat a whooole bunch!

What I do is I work out abou 3 days a week. And all I do i run for 30 minutes..which pans out to about 2 miles. 6 miles a week and you'll be good. Don't try t run a mile every day though babe..that would be pretty strenuous and hard to commit to!

Oh, and you should also get a boyfriend who treats you like the princess you are and always tells you how gorgeous you are!=)
