hey great question!

Well you have plenty of time to get toned for the summer/spring so try to get started! You probably want to keep your workout plan simple since you probably are a busy person. all you need to do is in the morning, you should stretch for 10 min including the legs, back, arms. later in the evning, if you can go to the gym or just get some 5lb weights at home and do squats. next get on the floor on your back and pick one of your legs up and do leg circles(pilates). Also, do atleast 150 crunches a night. finally at the end stretch out your body.

in the end, you have to eat well, stay away from greasy food with loads of fat including carbs (bread, pasta, etc.). Stick to salads, and fruits, more organic food, which will give you energy also.

in order to get that beach body without that muscular look stick to these guidelines.

i suggest you do a lot of crunches. It works your abs and takes off the fat on your waist area. you should also twist your upper body left to right because it also benefits

The best way to get rid of fat is cardio.
Cardio.
Cardio.
Cardio.
Weight Management is all about calories in vs calories out (food vs physical activity).
Are you just looken to flatten the tummy or actually work out the abs? It sounds like you just want a flat tummy (cardio), but if you're looking to work your abs, then crunches on the stability ball are fabulous!

Good luck!

I'd suggest doing kickboxing...This type of exercise has cardio benefits, as well as strength-building & toning benefits for your abdominal region as well. If you can get your hands on any one of these programs via dvd, you'll see FAST benefits:
1.) Taebo - by Billy Blanks
2.) Hip Hop Abs - by Shaun T
3.) Turbo Jam - by Chalene Johnson
I own the top two, but I've borrowed Turbo Jam from a friend, and that is probably the best program of all three...However, they all are great!! Taebo is probably the most inexpensive though...
You can learn kickboxing on your own though, if you don't want to (or can't) purchase the above programs, by going to this site, and learning the moves, from this Kickboxing Routine by Fitness Magazine Online...Print the pages out for easy reference: http://fitnessmagazine.com/fitness/story...

Also, there's some good ab exercises you could do that will tighten & tone your midsection...Try viewing the top ten ab exercises:
