6 week workout?!


Question: Ok so I am about to purchase Biggest Loser 6 week program DVD and there are two different ones...a sculpting one and a cardio one....which should I get? I am in the process of losing about 20-25 more pounds...I want to be "sculpted" but I dont know if cardio is better for me since I have a lot to lose...what do you think??

If your goal is to trim down, CARDIO is the one to get.

Not knowing your specific body type this is tough. Assuming you are 20-25lbs over weight, the you are not ready to start sculpting. You need to lose fat prior to Getting muscle definition. Remember Fat does NOT turn into muscle.

i think since you are losing weight the cardio would be best, and sculpting would be more toning after you lost your desire weight
