yes i heard that slim fast works. theres also these shakes called Advantage.. they are low cal and low carb and taste really good. they also keep you full for hours.
I am not a diet expert by any stretch but I am currently using the slim fast shakes and it really does fill me up. I can skip a meal by drinking one. If you go that rout be sure to get the chocolate flavored the other flavors are nasty.
i like slim fast it makes me full for several hours. i like the vanilla, but i hear the chocolate is good too. they do not taste like straight vitamins like most of the other weight loss shakes. i usually eat an apple with it for lunch and don't get hungry again until 6 pm.
I'm feeling great and I'm losing inches too. All my pants are feeling more and more loose every week and I've only been on the apple patch diet for about a month now. I've lost about 2 1/2 inches off my waist. I use to have a slow moving digestive system. It could take me as much as two to three days to digest my food, but now my body is digesting my food every day naturally and without harsh stimulants like laxatives.
