eat whole grain foods they supress hunger

try the whole wheat

i snack on pretzels

Drinking a lot of water is great advice. I got some really good answers to a very similar question... you might want to check it out. Good luck! :) Appetites suck! lol

Eat cabbage soup. It has 0 calories, and 0 everything else for that matter, and it will keep you full. But be warned of the gas it will make your body produce.

Drink a lot of water and if you still are not feeling full eat a small portion of nuts, an apple, vegetables but don't eat chips, cookies or anything with high sugar content.

Don't supress your appetite, eat something healthy instead.

If you starve yourself, you'll get thin but you are also danaging your guts as well.

Eat fruits and salads when you feel hungry.

Is your body hungry? If so you might want to try more fiber in your meals.

If you are just bored, you need to do something to take your mind off food. If I feel like eating, but I know I'm not hungry, I sometimes brush my teeth. I don't feel like eating when my mouth is all minty.

You might want to start a food diary. When you have to write down everything you eat you really think about every bite.

Eat three healthy meals a day. Skipping will only make you hungrier and cause you to binge.
Eat until you are satisfied --- not bloatedly full.
Drink plenty of water.
Exercise.
Choose healthy (but delicious) foods to eat.
If you must snack (eg. between dinner and lunch), choose something, like a piece of fruit.

try a Slim fast diet,
They have slim fast treats to.
& you need will power to.
Now i dont EAT no breakfast, Unless going out, I tend to gain if i do,
I dont eat till 200 pm & light meals, well im 55 years old to, & keeping my weight as i like it, my friend is on slim fast diet & doing great,

It is often about keeping your mind on other things. Try hobbies or activities that require a lot of mental focus.

Also, if you exercise, try to use machines that count the calories you are burning. If you understand how much work it is to burn the calories, you may be more motivated to not eat the calories. :)

I had the same problem. Mine were cravings for different vitamins, which showed themselves as desire for food. Taking a set of multivitamins has entirely dissapated those cravings.
Talk with your doctor about your nutritional needs, and see is they recommend you taking a multivitamin or two that will ensure you get as much of everything as you need before you start the day hungry. But please, don't just pick up anything at the store! Be sure to speak with your doctors to tailor your needs...it would be awful to take a full dose of potassium and find out you're destroying your organs because of an intolerance you didn't know you had!

i say just eat healthy and run. Drink lots of water and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables... fruit is probably the best for you since it is very nutritious and wont get you too fat... when you are hungry, eat a peach or an apple... cut down on soda, sweets, and fried foods... if you want to lose weight, be true to yourself and start running... it wont do you harm... if you are too lazy to run, then you dont want to lose the weight bad enough... run until you start to sweat... then keep running... start off with a mile maybe 3-4 times a week, then boost up to a mile and a half.. then two miles and so on.... you lose weight really quickly i promise...

Eat a lot and you wont be hungry any more. I suggest bacon.

welcome to my club!
you can get patches from the internet or pills from the chemist BUT they don't work for me, i could still wrestle a cake and a cow!

Start writing a blog. Or whatever. Just keep writing and writing how you feel and add that you are going to loose weight because that is the AIM!!!

Every morning stand on the scale and see how much is gone (I know we are supposed to do this 1X a week, but it's soooo good to see the kilos go!) and write it down!
Calculate the loss from the previous day AND to the very first day of your diet!

Put photos of you (the ones you DON'T like) in an album and whenever you are hungry just look at them! Trust me they will suppress your appetite for at least an hour.

Don't fool yourself. If you want to loose weight you will loose it. But don't give in for a piece of chocolate (or whatever isn't on your diet programme).

You will be rewarded.... GOOOD LUCK!!

have some sugar free sucking sweets in you pocket and suck them wheever u get hingry, i no its no the same as a nic chocy bar but still u can find some yum omes with barely many calories and they take sum time to suck hehe xxx

Try taking Glucomannan. It's an all natural fiber that comes in capsules. You break three capsule open and mix them into yogurt, and eat the thickened mixture, 20 minutes before each meal. It fills you up!

Wome's health magazine mentions this wonder fiber in this month's issue!

drink a glass of ice cold water 30 minutes before you eat every meal
eat low cal snacks like yogurt and fruit in between meals; you can eat as much as you want!
how many meals do you eat a day? you may want to break that down to smaller portions more often.
good luck.

I add a tablespoon of ground fax seeds to a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. I am definitely NOT hungry at all before 1 o'clock.
