try the slim fast shakes! and if you have trouble controlling what you eat you can try Alli.. they are pills you take and if you eat a certain amount of fat you get really bad cramps. i heard it works really good.

you also have to do some kind of cardio every day. goodluck!

fatso

Crunches, sit up's. They say milk is good to get rid of belly fat-but I don't know.

go do some sit up XD

Lots of protein, fruits, veggies, limited whole grain starches.
Lots of cardio. Sit ups and such will build muscle in the area but will not burn the fat so it will be more noticeable.

STOP EATING, you need to exercise without eating much. Just a fruit (sweet) would give you the boost you need and then WORKOUT. You need to burn all the fat STORED in your body so don't feed the body new fat !

There are lots of "quick fixes' out there nowadays. Are they healthly?.Who knows, only time will tell. You can't beat a sensible diet and regular exercise.Set a limit on the amount of calories you consume according to your height, weight, age etc. and then get some exercise to speed up the metabolism so that your body will burn off those "fat stores".It's not that complicated if you use common sense. But you must follow a routine, and stay with it. Living a healthy life is not only a choice, it's a lifestyle.Don't start, if your not committed to changing your lifestyle, because you are just setting yourself up for failure.Hey, it's your life, how much is it worth?

Not sure what a "lot" means to you. If you're physically able the best thing you can do is get moving and make it a point to be active every day. Here are some things I've done to stay in shape over the years.

*Speed walking, 30 mins a day, 4-5 days/wk
*Pilates DVDs 1-2 times a week
*4 sets of 10 crunches with a GAIAM pilates ball, 3-5 days/wk
*Chasing the kids all over the place, staying active with them, playing soccer, basketball, bike riding etc...
*Get at least 8 hours sleep each night to keep cortisol levels lower; when you don't sleep enough your body produces more cortisol which causes you to store fat especially in your stomach area.
*Forbid yourself from eating any fast food or at restaurants at all. If you MUST splurge, get a SMALL fry and dump out half in the trash before you start eating (you won't even notice and you'll feel like you ate the whole thing). Throw out your top bun and only get a junior burger instead of a triple stack...lol...it's truly mental and your eyes are ALWAYS bigger than your stomach (which is only the size of your balled up fist!)
*Switch from sodas or anything carbonated to crystal light! It'll help you drink more water (which zaps extra fat) and has no sugar or calories
*No alcohol, these are empty calories and especially beer will add to the belly fat
*Eat your biggest meal before the middle of the day (best to eat the most in the morning), have a snack or something small every 3-4 hours and eat at least 3 meals each day finishing no later than 8pm! Late night snacks are the worst, damn those Taco Bell "4th meal" commercials what BS!!!!! No wonder!
*Add LEAN protein (low fat meats, grilled chicken etc...), fat free/low fat cheeses, fat free milk, fat free yogurt and fruits and veggies to your diet. Eliminate as many starches like potatoes, white breads, sweets etc... from your diet as you can. Make carbs count in the form of whole wheat breads and fruit.
*Read labels on everything you eat and actually keep track of it, don't overeat
*Don't forget that diets high in sodium cause you to retain water too which adds to your problem
*Weight loss is just as much a mental challenge as a physical one especially if you're an emotional eater. Commit to yourself to make small changes you can handle one at a time so you don't go backwards and get discouraged.
*Maintaining a healthy weight is a lifestyle not a fad so you must be ready, determined and stick with it even if you only lose a few pounds a month...true weight loss takes time!
*Can't say enough, drink WATER, it curbs your appetite to drink at least 12 oz of cold water before every time you eat!
*Nutrisystem diet is worth looking into also, my BF did it and it worked well for him.

Good luck on your new journey to better health.
