Question: I'm 15 and i really want to get in better shape. I'm not completly out of shape but i just want to get in better shape. I'm 5,5in. and weight 118. I don't relly care bout losing weight just getting in better shape if you have any ideas on how to do it then plese share them. Also i don't really like eating healthy.

Also how can u relize if you like a boy. I have this friend that i dated for 3 and 1/2 months then we broke up and that was bout a year ago and now were really good friends. But all of my friends think that he still like me how can i tell if he does. Also how can i tell if i like him. I'm so confused.

well one way to get in better shape is start a sport, like soccer or basketball or karate, anything really. it doesnt really matter as long as your in something that involves working out. but if your not really into that then you could get one of thos dvds, like work out dvds. i know they look retarded, but they actually help and it can be kinda fun if you do it with a friend. or there are alot of websites that have work out plans and stuff, just google it. as for the guy, first figure out if you like him, hang out with him and take sometime to just think about it. and if you do, then talk to him about it or just wait and see if he asks you out. if hes flirty and stuff with you and talks to you all tha time then he probly likes you. but if you dont like him then dont persue it. good luck with everything!

Your best bet is to work out 3 times a week nothing to had on your body but something to get it in shape. Maybe running with weights for 10 mins a day?


Also You will know if you like this boy.
Dont be afraid just ask him how he feels about you,
if you really want him im sure you will know what to do.

A diet could be in order. Try minimizing your carb intake and remember to eat slowly.

This is just a non-exercise thing though.

As for your boyfriend thing, why don't you ask him yourself?

Doing crunches is good for you stomach, (duh)

alternate. do 30 minuets of cardio (running, biking, etc.) one day, and do weights, push ups, or crunches 30 minuets the next day. Ween yourself off of junk food and eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink lots of water, it can actually make your metabolism faster and can help you lose weight. Sometimes you can also confuse hunger and thirst so drinking water can make you less hungry!!

Also, if you have to ask a quesiton about liking a boy, you probably don't like him that much!!. :) good luck.
