Your ideal weight is 112 pounds. You don't need a special diet to lose weight. Eliminate snacking and soda pop and that should do it.
Your ideal weight would be115 lbs so 120 lbs is fine. You don't need to lose any weight.
If you are determined to lose weight all you need to do is to eat more fruit and vegetables and smaller servings of meat, poultry, potatoes and chips.
the way to eat properly is more times less portions. so make sure to eat like 5-6 times a day, just make em very small portions. sub snack food with celery because celery has so little calories that the process of eating it burns more cals than you take in. drop your sat fats and monsat fats. protien in the morning, and less at night.
i want to lose 15 lbs too and this is what i eat
breakfast - bowl of cereal
lunch - salad sandwich
dinner - pasta/meat/vegetables
for snacks i have a piece of fruit and i drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
try jogging a mile everyday it will really help as well
