No negative calorie foods are celary carrots. The way it breaks down is, say a stick of celary is 20 calories, it takes the body 25 or 30 calories to break the stick down for digestion. So every stick it like a -5 to -10 calories. Make sense?

I'm wearing new socks

it means it takes more calories to digeast than it adds to your body
