chances are when you 'stop' your routine you will see a small increase in weight but then your body will get used to it. i continue to exersize but just increase my calorie intake slightly (i also have a pig-out day on saturdays not sure if i recommend it for you though).

Reduces your exercise and take slight more food.

Ok just dont worry gradualy start to eat normal keep excersizing as you were though. k x

You should never start any sort of extreme diet without consulting your doctor or a dietitian. I think you should consult a doctor.

How many calories are you eating in a day? Your body will only be shocked with more calories if your starving yourself. Cause then it's in starvation mode and once you eat semi-normal again you'll gain like no other. I recommend slowly increasing your calorie intake. Maybe by like 50 cals for a week then 50 more the next week. Too maintain a healthy weight you can eat up to 1700-2000 calories. However, that scares me and I stick around 1500 - 1600. Or insead of messing with your diet, you can reduce your exercise, I know it's addicting, but maybe tone it down a bit.

You can try taking Hoodia Gordonii, people have seen significant weight loss and are quite happy with it.

check out http://www.firstinforeview.com/diets on one of the programs listed on this site there is a way to find out how many calories you need to take in to keep your weight where it is at and how many calories to lose weight.

BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) (kcal) This is the ammount of Calories your body needs in a day to stay the same weight. Increase/Decrease by 500 cal (kcal) to loose/gain 1 lb a week

(Body Weight [lb] x 15) + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)

BMR=(121 x 15) + (120 [or however many mins a day you work out] x 3.5= 1815 + 420 = 2235 kcal/day.
