I'm on weight watchers diet and need advice?!

Question: i've loct 3 stone so far on the points plan from weight watchers. This weigt came off quickly as i was exclusively breastfeeding. I'm now weaning my baby so my daily points allowance has dropped and the weight is taking forever to shift. I need to loose another 1 and half stone to be a healthy BMI which is my ultimate goal, anyone have any tips or advice? i'm allowed 25 points a day, i'm just getting fed up!

You have done really well so far, it is very common to plateau while losing weight, its generally a consequence of your body shape adjusting. You can introduce new impetous with exercise, bring a new regime into your schedule, 30 mins 5 times a week should be sufficient to help things progress. This could be a quick walk pushing the buggy enough to get you breathing harder, cycling, or swimming whatever takes your fancy. Keep going, and don't get disheartened you are doing really well.

Do you also exercise? I found that it really helps to lose weight. You will get bonus points from the exercise but I never used them to eat. Good luck and remember how well you've done already its brilliant.

after a while it is always harder to shift the last bit of weight, why not try the core plan for a while instead of the points see if that makes a difference, also why not try taking the baby for long walks in tha pram, get your heart rate up so you can burn the fat quickly

My wife has had trouble losing weight after our baby. She is on an online weight loss program at the moment which i recommend to my clients by a company called Australian Lifestyle & Fitness. It may help you lose weight. You can view the site at http://www.alfitness.com.au
