How tall do you think i will be when im an adult?!
Question: Im 14 1/2 exactly. I just reach 5'5'', and my mum is 5'5'' and my dad is 5'11''. I really want to be taller than 5'5'', but do you think i will stay the same or grow? What can i do to reach my body's maximum height potential?

The best thing you can do is exercise and eat well. Do not diet; that may impede your growth, and do not smoke, for that may also stunt your height. If your father's close to six feet tall, and your mom's 5'5", you probably will be a little taller than your mother. My parents were close to the same heights, and I am 5'9" -- the "runt of the family" believe it or not -- out of seven children. All my brothers and sisters are taller than I; my tallest brother is 6'5"!
So don't give up; and just stay well nourished! Get plenty of fresh air and sunshine; a lot of experts claim sunshine makes people grow too :)
Its great that you want to be tall- Im 6 foot and it sucks at times. mostly when it comes to boys being shorter than you. but... i dont know- umm i went to highschool with a girl named nicky and she was the only one taller than i was lol

losing weight will not help you grow taller. unfortunitly you might grow a little bit until you are 20. however, some girls just stop growing in their early teens. it is ok to be 5'5.
You're already at your adult height, my dear. PLEASE love yourself the way you are. At your age I was 5'8" and I hated being taller than most girls. You're at a great height for chosing clothes so you should be happy, not disappointed.
