Tone thighs and butt?!


Question: I go to the gym regularly, i either do the treadmill or take a class like kickboxing, but I wanna tone up my butt and thighs? any ideas?

lay on your back and have your legs bent with feet on the floor. from there thrust your hips upwards and squeeze your but muscles. go as high as you can and squeeze as high as you can. it will hurt allot the day after if you do it right. do it for about 30 mins a day. swittch it up too like stay in the thrust position as high as possible and squeeze for about a 30 secs to a min then do another set of up downs about 20xs then hold it again. remember to stretch when ur done. sit in lotus position or indian style. place you right leg over your left and bend forward towards floor try to go down as far as possible. do the same with the other side. you can do this with straight legs.
