Atkins weight loss question?!


Question: I'm considering doing the induction for weight loss. I am 5'8 and 185lbs.

I plan on doing this for 3 weeks. How much weight do you think I could lose?

BTW, please don't tell me not to do it! I've read the criticisms already.

I will still depend on how much protein you eat even though you are keeping your carbs below 20 grams during induction.
So its hard to tell how much you will lose.
Also if you include exercise during that time.
There are quite a few factors here even what type of protein you are eating.
If you have read the info then I do recommend that you make sure you are eating healthy carbs in the form of veggies - salads, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, etc and stay away from the starchy veggies peas, corn, potatoes.
Also do include your water in your daily plan - 8 to 10 glasses a day.
Remember its a lifestyle, not a diet plan :-)
