Is 4:30 p.m. too early for dinner?!

Question: I work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and go to school from 6 to 9 p.m.

I have breakfast as soon as I get to work and lunch at noon; I also have healthy snacks between meals.

The problem is, I don't want to eat dinner at 9 p.m. and I don't want to eat right before I go to class (I have stomach problems).

Can I get some opinions?

I dont think its early at all since my dad is a firefighter we always eat early dinner when he works his night shift which starts at 4:30 so we normally eat at around 4:00 when he is working his night shift and seeing as you get home at nine which is to late i think 4:30 is a good time!

I am always starving by 4.30pm so I always have dinner then. I then have a little healthy snack in the evening.

no it is not cause 9 would be too late to eat ,
if u are hungry after class a healthy snack would do u good before bed ,

4.30pm or 5.00pm is a perfect time, it is the ideal time anyway, it give you time to exercise after eating and keep you firm and trim.

I dont think it's early. i no lots of people who eat their dinner that early. personally when i get hungry at 4:30 i eat moderate sized snack then wait til my dinner at around 9. just make sure it's healthy and you can't really go wrong.

It's a good time for dinner.
