How can I get motivation for loosing weight from me and for me?!

Question: I just can't accomplish a diet, I diet for one month and then I start eating until I gain what I've lost I just can't anymore, besides that I have a wonderful family, great job, nice friends, everything is just fine in my life and I don't want to give my daughters this example to follow, they almost never see me eating unhealthy food, I eat alone and then I eat healthy with my family, so they don't understand why I don't loose weight.
Any help please?

don't allow yourself to eat alone. that is what works for me. i eat only in front of my sons ( all three under five years old) and in front of my husband. I know its hard to not eat when those people aren't around. but its easier if you tell yourself you aren't going to do it. no matter what keep saying you are stronger then that urge to eat something bad for you. i really want to make cookies right now. all my boys are napping and i want to bake. but im not going to simply b/c i know that i will eat some if i make them now. if i wait and bake cookies when the kids are up i won't eat any of the batter and i won't eat more then one cookie b/c i don't want my boys to eat more then one. i may not even bake them at all. i may just go for a walk with the boys instead. see i am talking myself out of something i know is bad for me. you can do it too. just try. good luck and if you need any motivation email me at littleluvkitty@yahoo.com

I think maybe you are looking at dietingthe wrong way. The eating alone part kinda scares me. It says that you are ashamed of what you do.

Other than that you maybe dieting in too extreme a manner. You feel deprived. The only logical response to feeling deprived is to seek what we need.

Try to find a diet that allows you room to indulge. Also, try to find other ways to indulge yourself.

Working out cannot be stressed enough.

Finally, for me the biggest motivation is fashion. I buy a magazine a week. The thought of all of those wonderful clothes out there keeps me from scarfing down a whole cheesecake the next time I have PMS. Maybe fashion is not your thing. But surely there is an activity that you would enjoy more if you were healthier.
