I need a healthy way to lose weight?!
Question: I'm a guy who's 14, my doctor says i need to lose 60-70 frickin pounds, I weigh 234. I shoud weigh 160. any tips, and I don't wanna be a balemic or anorexic.

Make sure 45-65 percent of you calories comes from carbphydrates ( preferably whole grain). make sure less than 30% in fat and you are consuming 60g of protien a day.
you should try a kellogs diet 1 cup of that and 1/4 cup of skim milk twice a day and a light 3rd meal and doing cardio and push-ups and situps... and in a bout 5 months ull lose it all...
BUT REMEMBER NO SODA!!!
