Is this ok for my pecs?!


Question: Hi all
I use 6pounds,8 pounds dumbbells each for my dumbbells bench press.I use one 6 pounds set and two 8 pounds sets.I could do about 10-14 reps in these weights.
Now my question is:are these weights light or medium or heavy for YOU.how much you use for your dumbbell bench press and how much you could.I just wanted to know whether I am weak or average in strength!
Also to know how powerful you guys are?

ok well... for the dumbell bench press i use 32 pound dumbells and i do about 20 reps....so 6-8 are VERY light for me and i would say that u are weak...no offence just sayin

Your fine k. Just keep doing what your doing and you will get to where you want to be.

That depends to me the question does not have enough info. it depends you a male or female? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? What are you trying to gain to get thicker or you trying to get cut?
