How can I increase my weights in my gym?!


Question: I try with my full power always but always fails to reach a partcular weight,and also I couldn't lift like others.How can I improve my strength???

to get power gains lift weight that is heavy between 2-6 reps max make sure to warm up first and have a spotter and take in alot of protein after ur work out take in lots of water aswell

Make sure you are doing squats. Do repetition ranges of 6-8 and try not to work to failure. Also, make sure you are eating plenty.

train with heavy weight low reps for strength, just the opposite if ya wanna build stamina

Do ONE set with a heavy enough weight that you can only do 6-10 reps with VERY STRICT form, then drop the weight by 30% and do another set at least 6 reps fast but good form then cheat out until failure. then move to the next body part. never do multiple sets on the same muscle group. Then give at least two days rest before working that muscle again. I can grow my arms to 19 1/2 inches naturally when doing this type of exercise.

Also work the largest muscle first, for example: when doing arms work the triceps first then biceps.
