Why this shoulder pain?!
Question: hi
I am having some mild pain at the back of my shoulder,exactly on the shoulder blade near outside my left shoulder.I don"t know from which exercise I developed this pain.I now give you what I did recently,so that you could figure out the reason for that pain.....
Mainly for the past 2 days I did my triceps workout and shoulder workout...
I felt some pain on the same day of my triceps workout---I fely pain on my overhead tri extension.
but before that day I did my shoulder workout in which I used very very heavy weight for my dumbbell shrugs! and moderate weight for my alternate dumbbell press.
NOW MY QUESTION IS:IS THIS PAIN BE THE RESULT OF THE SHRUGS OR ALTERNATE DB PRESS OR MY TRICEPS OVERHEAD EXTENSION..
plEASE HELP ME OUT---HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS PAIN?

if pain continues after a few days, you might have a pinched nerve in your neck
