Question: no more than 30 minutes a day, care about forearm and abs. i can only do one pull-up (yeah i no its pretty sad) so i don't know exactly where that strength comes from but i'd like to work those muscles as well as, as i said my abs and especially my forearm. Thnx! :-)

Roll out of bed in the morning and do 20 pushups and 80 situps (scale based on current fitness), repeat at night.
No equipment, no cost, quick 'n easy and can easily be modified with more reps, other excercises or free weights.

First check with your doctor to make sure that any fitness plan you are planning to do is okay. I like Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds. She has a 15 minute mile to start that is perfect, you can do it in your home, and you do not need any fancy equipment, just 2 2lb. dumbells. I have found it easy on the joints. Then look into fitness magazines, they have great ideas for starting strength training, as well as how to do the moves. start out slow and do not push yourself too much.
