Everyday do 3 set workouts 20 reps

I want to point out that the biceps make up only one third of your upper arm with triceps the other two-thirds. So to have an impressive arm, you must build your triceps too or the effort on your biceps will not show good results. Many people fail to realize this and that is why you see them doing curls after curls without much improvement.

To make your arms BIGGER you must include increasingly heavy weight for a smaller rep-range, like 6-8 reps. For bicep curls, pick up a weight that you can do for ony 6-8 reps and do a few sets. Increase the weight when you can do ten reps. Also, don't neglect the triceps. A great triceps exercise is dips (elbows in, head back) and also narrow-grip pushups.
