Question about weight loss.?!
Question: I am trying to lose 25 pounds by May 1st. I am challenging myself here with what I feel is a realistic goal. I'm 21, 5'2, 220 pounds and a diabetic. I believe over 3 months I can reasonably lose 20-25 pounds with proper diet and exercise. Any tips/advice/anything? Thanks all!

Circuit training is the best exercise for weightloss because you get your cardio and muscle toning all in one. Do this 3X a week with cardio on alternate days. Cardio is best for fat loss so try to do 40-60 minutes if you can. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily......eat healthy. That all there is to it hun!
