Cold water!! Gatorade if available though

hot water, its less of a shock to ur system, and the water provides hydration but does not interfere with your bodies heating

i think that warm water is the best to drink when working out. thats what i heard, and thats what everyone is saying, cuz when your working out, your hot, sweaty...etc...and if you drink cold water right away, you could get sick...

cold-cool water u get extremely refreshed and have a burst of energy hot does the same but cold tastes better (in my opinion)

Colder fluids leave the stomach more quickly than warmer ones, allowing faster rehydration.

cold water

well cold water boosts your metabolism, because your body has to work harder to make it body temperature

For the duration of a workout, it won't make a difference in terms of hydration (equivalent to old wives tale).

Cold water will, however, help alleviate a small portion of the heat your body is building up, giving it a slight advantage over warm water.

room temp : )
