1200 is my guess

this number will be different for each person based on body composition, activity, health issues and so forth. There is no right answer for everyone.

That is heavily dependent on a number of factors and is different for almost everybody. For example, a person with a high metabolism would require significantly more calories than say a person with low metabolism that doesn't exercise.

About 1700 per women and 2000 per men. This is the required for body good functioning.

1500-2000

On average about 1500 for women, and probably 1700 for men. It also depends on your amount of activity throughout the day. But nothing less than that.

That depends on your age height weight and medical conditions. My rmr is 1722 which means if I ate 2000 cal diet per day I would gain weight. If you are real serious go see a nutritionist and get a personal evaluation. It is great info.

how old are you?
