It does make you feel full, when you drink plenty of water your body stops storing excess which will help you lose wieght.. Like 90percent of adults are dehydrated and we dont even know it.. So drink up the water, limit caffiene, I drink water all day at work and only have coffee in the morning, and rarely i might have a soda... Good Luck

First of all it keeps you hydrated which is obviously good. Secondly, I suppose it helps flush out your system and drinking a lot could keep you full and stop you from eating so much.

Water does countless things for your body. Namely, regulate everything. Everything from your body temp - that's why you sweat, regulates your blood - that's why you urinate, and ultimately is responsible for your heart and brain functioning.

The reason people say to drink water when dieting is it quenches your thirst without adding calories to your diet. It's much better than gatorade or juice or a coke because there are no calories when drinking water. Plus, the more you drink, the more bad stuff your body can flush out helping your body's systems function more regularly and more efficiently.
