I just finished my first week on the tablets and i only lost 1kg I'm extremely disappointed with the result. I ate next to nothing while i was on it and still didn't lose that much weight and no where near how much they say you would on the pills. There a waste of money i wont be taking the rest of them, they will be going in the bin. Trust me don't take them, don't waste your money. I also have to say that the only side affect i felt (which they didn't say) was after initially taking them after about 20-30 mins my stomach felt like it was burning.That lasted for about 5-10 mins, so that mustn't be good for you either.
For lossing weight, only sure shot thing is less calories and more work, short of gaswtric banding or surgery, nothing else works.
