I'm really healthy?!
Question: OK I am really healthy, I am 5'5 i weigh 107 lbs i can ru three miles in 27 mins. I don't look fat, but I have a little bit of fat on the inside of my thighs and on my stomach, like 1/2 an inch thick, how do I gat rid of that?

that's kinda how my body is too, but i do a lot of crunches and squats to tone stomach and thighs, i go for jogs about everyday too!
Do cardiovascular exercise and diet
Eat a cheeseburger!!
