How much fat in grams am i suppsoed to take in?!


Question: IM 17 and 4'10 when i eat how much fat am i supposed to be putting in my body, and whats how many grams of carbohydrates ... i know it can vary ..

Total fat intake should be between 20 and 35 percent of total calories. less than 10 percent of calories should come from saturated fats,like those found in animal products and u should avoid anything that says hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated on the food label. and also try to consume less than 7% of calories as saturated fat. bad for ya. and about 45% of ur daily intake of calories should be carbohydrates. hope this wil help u

  • no less than 20% of the daily calories should be derived from various healthy sources of fats. any less than that for women and testosterone production can decrease by 30-40%. causing a decrease in metabolic function and over time a loss of muscle mass making fat storage all the easier.

    I can't remember right now how many carbs you are supposed to have, but I do know fat grams.
    You are supposed to have between 20 and 40 grams. 40 if you want to stay at the same weight, and around 20 if you want to loose weight, but not too much less than that or your hair will fall out and it affects your memory

    Make sure 45-65 percent of you calories comes from carbohydrates ( preferably whole grain). make sure less than 30% in fat and you are consuming 60g of protien a day.

    I am 26 and 4'11 and dietitian has told me that I should take in 7 grams of fat a day 76 grams of carbs. When I was following those grams I maintained my weight but once I stopped my weight returned. Right now I am dieting with the Wu Yi tea and a strict diet. It is a lot of controversy behind the Wu Yi therefore I don't suggest using it but it did give a good diet plan to go by.
