Running and lack of hunger.?!

Question: I have been running 3-4 miles everyday for a week now. My hunger has also dropped significantly since about a week ago due to my life getting more stressful. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat which I never use to do before,I am normally a pretty healthy eater. Anyways I have lost 10 pounds in the past week, is that unhealthy? If so, what should I do?

Yes, unintentionally losing ten pounds in one week could be considered unhealthy. From the information you've posted here, though, it sounds like you might be kind of new (or getting back in the game) to steady exercise schedules. One very important thing you want to do is stay hydrated, because you'd be amazed at how much of your lost weight may actually be water that you've sweat out during your new workouts and haven't adequately replenished over a period of days (heck, a basketball player can lose EIGHT POUNDS in just a few hours or practice if he or she is sweating a lot!). If you don't think it has anything to do with hydration (remember that you want to be peeing clear all day; dark yellow indicates you're very dehydrated) and you still feel like you have to force yourself to eat, be sure that one of the times you are eating is right after a workout so your body can refuel and repair more efficiently.
You're obviously very tuned into your own habits and are aware of and able to express how you're feeling, so that's really good and it's something you should continue to do. Don't ignore things you think might become problems in the future. If your weight continues to drop at an unhealthy rate, talk to your doctor because it might be a sign of diabetes or an eating disorder.
Just remember to keep those fluid intakes up and maintain a keen awareness of your health and you'll probably be feeling great in no time!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to
