I don't know if you have the following ingredients, but there'll all I could think of at the top of my head:

Healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap:
*One Large Wheat Tortilla
*Chicken
*A couple tbs of Reduced fat/reduced cal caesar dressing
*Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
*Lettuce

You could also whip up some healthy chicken quesadillas. Put reduced fat cheese on a wheat tortilla, add the chicken and any spices or veggies you want and then microwave or grill.

Healthy Chicken Parmesan:
*Wheat pasta
*Tomato sauce (reduced sodium to keep it extra healthy)
*Grilled chicken topped with reduced fat/reduced cal mozzarella cheese
*Steamed veggies on the side

I dont have any off the top of my head but you can always try http://www.healthylivingwithellie.com/pu... for healthy cooking ideas.
