Which exercise machine should i buy?!
Question: im going this weekend to hopefully buy an exercise machine. i am not lookin to spend a lot of money but i do need something that is goin to help me lose weight. does anyone have any suggestions for what i should buy?

Those eliptical machines are WONDERFUL!!!! They burn calories like crazy and they totally help tone the muscles!
You should get an elliptical theres nothing like that or for combind workouts get a bow flex.
I suggest a treadmill.
Treadmills are good small workouts for your home.
You can run, or walk.
You can do this to lose weight, or just to keep your heart going.
It all depends if you have any Physical limitations??? Is this your first time entering into a fitness program??? A stationary or recumbant bike will help if you have back, leg, or foot problems. Otherwise you could find yourself a treadmill for low impact. Good luck!!
You can always get bowflex, or ab lounge but they target a specific area. You should get a tread machine and just run on it. It works better than any machine because you are working out the whole body. It is my opinion

I'd pick one that you would enjoy doing daily. Elipticals are pretty fun and not hard on your bones. But-always get a machine with a computer that has preprogrammed workouts because it makes it easier to stay on track and actually stay with a 30 minute workout.
