your body NEEDS more calories in order to lose fat--otherwise you will burn a lot of MUSCLE (it's easier to access).

your metabolism will slow to starvation mode after 3 days of not getting enough calories. you will not see quick significant result because of this. what you need to do is eat a high lean protein, low simple carb diet with lots of water & fresh veggies (kinda like the South Beach diet--check it out, i lost 30 lbs on the thing). and build muscle mass--muscle burns calories & will make you look slimmer.

to determine how many calories you NEED to lose weight:
If you have a sedentary lifestyle take your desired weight and multiply the number by 12 to figure out the number of calories needed to lose weight.
If you have a moderately active lifestyle, take your desired weight and multiply it by 15.
If you are very active, multiply your desired weight by 20 to 15.

your not eating hardly anything so your body is going to store every little bit of fat it can? you're starving!!

That is probably TOO low of a calorie intake! Your body is thinking that is not enough so it is trying to store as much fat as possible. SO for better results eat 5 times a day and shoot for 300 calories each time, with the more frequent meals and a total calorie intake of 1500 a day you will probably have better results. Crunches are good for one area but you need a cardio workout to help loose weight. SO try and do the jogging or stationary bike or anything that gets your heart going and do it 3 to 5 times a week.

Good Luck! You are beautiful just how you are so make sure you are doing this for your health NOT for the looks!
