i use 100% whey protein the chocolate is good, i dont like the vanilla at all. tastes like a really sugary milk shake, actually made me vomit the first time.

im being serious. i don't use the supplements and people are always asking me for weight lifting tips.

if that's not the answer you want then sorry. just saying that is what i do and it works ofr me. i eat it with bananas and milk.
