Is it enough for weight loss?!


Question: I stopped frying foods, living in the South thats a big step! lol Ive baked, boiled or grilled at every meal. My question is... is that enough to see some weight loss?

Start exercising
Aerobic and weight training will raise your metabolic rate.

Aerobic Exercising:
3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics)

Weight Training:
Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!

ehh sorta kinda. you should work out. and cut back on food. usually portioning your food and working out will get the job done.

It certainly is a great start for you to lose weight. You should see a big difference if you have been eating fried foods. I have to say that there is nothing better than Southern Cooking and it is hard to give it up.

It is enough to improve your health and prevent further harm to your body but it is not enough for weight loss.

To lose weight, you need to do 2 things:
1. reduce your calories intake by at least 500+
2. start doing cardio and/ or exercising, 3 times a week
