With this diet.... will losing 15 lbs in a couple months be acheivable?!


Question: When I get up I usually drink some water, which boosts metabolsm 37% cuz its on an empty stomach. After 20-30 minutes I eat a small salad or a couple scrambled eggs. I wait 2-3 hours and eat my first meal which contains baked fish, hominy, and steamed carrots. Then later i eat a half of a salad and the other half 3-4 hours later. I snack on fruits and vegetables, im not eating bad carbs, or processed sugar, no dressing in my sald or croutons, drinking nothing but water, eating baked fish, grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, no fast food, no deep fried foods, no starches, no potatoes, a couple slices of wheat bread every 2-3 days, no candy, no pop, no cakes, pies or anything unhealthy. For my exercise, since im just starting I punched on the punching bag for 4-5 miunutes, then went straight to jump roping for 4 minutes and then ran on the treadmill for 5 minutes, which equaled up to 15 minutes of cardio. I ran a mile today, and each day im gonna get used to more and more cardio.
