I got very sick and lost 12 pounds, how fast can I gain it back?!


Question: I was lifting weights and I was pretty healthy. Until I caught a serious flu and I was sick for 8 days. I barely ate at all and lost quite a bit of my mass. I'm feeling better now, and I am going to start eating BIG like I used to. How fast can I gain it all back?
