Man Boobs, Fat, Carbs, Help?!
Question: Im 16, 5'6, 145 pounds. My BMI is normal, but i'm fat, but people cant tell with my t-shirt on. I have Man Boobs that stick out, i belive its fat, and not something that has to be removed with surgery. I also have this belly thats..yea
What should I eat; carbs, protein, etc... and how do I lose these Man Boobs and belly?

Start doing basic cardio. That means running, swimming, skipping, etc for an extended period of time; if you're unfit, try starting running for about 20 minutes, and gradually ease it up over a period of 2 months to an hour.
Try and eat 5 small portions a day, rather than 3 or 4 big ones. This keeps your metabolism high all day, and helps burn energy.
Limit carb intake, and eat only whole wheat bread. Snack on fruit and/or veggies, eat no chocolate or sweets unless you absolutely crave them.
Do pushups and situps; muslce burns energy more than fat, and so adding muscle will reduce amounts of fat through greater energy consumption.
There is NO WAY to spot-reduce fat; you have to lose it from all over. Tough it out, stick to your diet, and you'll get there within a couple of months.
