Yes it does. By jumping up and down you can stimulate major muscle groups without putting tension on your joints. The springs in the trampoline give your joints the cushions they need so you don't sprain anything, but by doing this excersize it can increase you heartrate and improve your overall fitness as well as your BMI and muscle tone.

heck ya i had a baby and went back on the trampoline lost 5 pounds and got my 6 pack back like nothing but it could be my genetics

it is good for you but after a wile i think there might be some negative affects of all the impact..... i get headaches if i jump 2 much.

i'm sure it will build your leg muscle and a little abbs but it will keep you border line fit
