I have a couple quick questions, Will you please answer?!


Question: I am 13 years old and wan't to get the perfect summer body. I wan't to look great in my bikini. So that you know I am 13 about
5 Ft. tall and between 110-120 Lbs. I need to know what to eat and how much ( I am still in school so I don't know how I can do that) and I also need to know How I can get my stomach tight/toned using excersize what are some good excersizes i can do? Do leg ups Help you r stomach?

Hey , thats a good thing you want to look good but remeber dont lose yourself most of the times girls your age get cought up in the whole looking good , skinny flat stomach, which not a bad thing but dont take it too far , lots and lots of water hit the gym but your too young to get in the gym maddness just blast the radio and dance away pretend like your a hip hop dancer in your own way you will be suprised it works wonders, and since your still in school it might be hard to diet with what there serving in school nowadays you should back your own lunh a bottle of water a sandwich turkey is the best stay away from white bread , soda ,ham and bolonga , rice and eat whole wheat pasta instead of the regular snak on things like wheat thins rice cakes or slice apples with peanut butter or any fat free snak you should also have a least slad one a week and make it very colorful with anything you have carrots, tomatos, red onions and much more and also try to have fat free milk 3 times a week I mean you can cheat here and there you are already in pretty good shape, leg ups tighten your thighs and butt for a flatter stomach crunches at least 50-100 a night you should be alright good luck.

Drink lots of water ,does your cafertia have fruit? If not bring you own. Sit-ups And the other one is where is where you lift your butt off the floor and hold for a couple of seconds(lay Flat on floor for this)

You should try going to an indoor swimming pool and swim ( like really swim for about 40 mins to an hour in a half) and if you do that for 4 to 5 days a week by the time summer comes around you should have a perfect body!!!
